Welcome to the [DAD] Clan Site.
We are an online gaming community / Family please read the about us page for info about us, and our History. as well as our recruiting policy. In clan or not we welcome you to be part of our community.
Saturday 04 February 2012 | After talking with a couple of the seniors, and while still needing to talk to the rest, and work out any kinks. This is what we plan for the new Division setup.
Currently We'll be running 3 divisions with possibly more to be added later.
The Divisions currently supported (Games Supported) is TF2, L4D2, and CoD:MW3(possibly lump this into MW2 & 3 Not sure)
You can belong to any 1 or more Divisions, our aims will still be to keep the clan centered around having fun.
The Current plan as it stands now is this, Currently Seniors will retain over all control of the clan and be incharge of the game(s) they play. Later as choices are made each division will be turned over control to a division head, whos job it will be to be incontrol of thier division. this will come as we find people we trust and can handle the job.
The Seniors will then step back and take control over the clan as a whole, allowing them to not spend thier whole time running every detail. They will retain ulitmate control, and last say. but division heads will be incharge of thier division, and be ulitmatly responsible for making sure thier division retains [DAD]'s core values.
They will have to answer to the Seniors about things going on in thier division, and will be in control of thier recruiting for that division. If a complaint comes up about a member then theDivision head will be expected to take care of it, and he will have to answer to the seniors on this.
as it stands this isn't set in place, but i feel the division heads could name Lt's thier seconds to some degree, to help them in recruiting. but the division head will be answerable for the recruits.
Players wishing to join can come to the site and put in a application stating which game they play. If the leadership of that Division know him they can yah, or nah his application. A Senior retains the right to nah any application.
After this the recruits system we already ahve in place will stay the same, a 30 day trial period in which they wear the [DADr] tag and are under review by thier leadership.
within some degree the leadership of division can add to but not take away from the core rules. But if this gets out of hand then this may be revoked by the seniors. There is one rule that having dicussed won't be allowed to be added and thats requiring members to take part in Clan Matchs. This must remain voluntary. if the leadership wants to have this then thier matchs must take place from members wanting to partake.
All the kinks and rules for this has not been set down. so these are subject to change. but the application button is working. and we will be reviewing any that come in for the seniors to review.

Wednesday 04 January 2012 | Well ontop of getting a new Server, in my contuined attempts to keep our site fresh and new, and based on fact that i've had some complaints saying that the old Theme was to hard to read... hopfully you all find this one easier.
On top of this please look at our About us Page as i have also updated this. new look easier to follow flow.
As well as ontop of server rules i've put in our code of conduct. same one we have always tried to follow but never really voiced other than as our rules. | |

Tuesday 08 November 2011 | So , tomorrow...i am gonna have a talk with Wavey,,,i am going to order a new Server. I've already been looking around, i will tell you that there are some changes coming with this new server. I will give you more info when the server is up.

Saturday 05 February 2011 | Currently we're working on ways to bump up activity on the server. although if members would start an event and join server and wait a lil players always start joining.
I proved this before leaving in jan for training, for a week almost i kept server hopping during prime time.
Myself and the Seniors can't do this alone,
We need our members to step up, instead of doing like some and leaving saying no one is playing, people are playing but everyone isnt welling to get a game going, including those leaving.
If you all have ideas how to help the server please feel free to post them on the TF2 Forum, Please remember though adding a bunch of maps isn't the answer we've been there and done that so many of those maps are server killers.
